Social Media love is true love in 2019
Most athletes use their social media to promote products, brands, appearances, or hype their own team. And true, Robert Woods is no different in a lot of ways. But, Woods saved Stories on Instagram is labeled “Wifey”. Alexandra takes front and center in his life, and his Instagram. His bio includes the ring emoji, and Alexandra’s handle to boot.
On Christmas, Robert Woods’ wife was declared the best gift ever.
In November, he put up a wedding pictures, and captioned in “B L E S S E D”
And while doting on one’s wife is the right move as a rule of thumb in life, they can still do it having fun. Let’s take for instance the spot on P. Diddy – JLo costumes at teammate Todd Gurley’s Halloween party.
Even when it comes to game time, this pair can still goof around with an in uniform photobomb.
Yes, folks, it’s safe to say that Robert Woods’ wife isn’t the normal WAG in 2019. Loved, respected, and front and center. Fantastic to see.
But, things weren’t always so harmonious for the Woods family
Yes, folks. In fact, Alexandra blew him off at first. According to a story about their wedding in Wedding Lifestyle Magazine:
The first time Robert Woods III approached Alexandra Barbee, she blew him off. “We were at a party and she was amazing in all white with a beautiful smile and great legs,” he says. But her friends froze him out thinking, “Who is this guy?” Later, after a mutual acquaintance urged her to get to know him, Alexandra introduced herself to Robert. They talked, exchanged information and the next evening went on a casual date.
Things obviously improved from there. The couple tied the knot in a luxurious affair in July of 2018, at the Monarch Beach Resort, in Dana Point, CA. For her part, Alexandra really seems to dig being Robert Woods’ wife. Her social media is filled with support for the Rams, and more specifically Robert. She celebrates the wins, and fortunately with so few losses this year seems to handle in stride.
Side note. The amount of custom clothes emblazoned with the Woods name and number 17 that Robert Woods’ wife reps is incredible. Shirts, hoodies, jackets, bags. It’s incredible. That’s love! Right up there with social media love.
