Miley Cyrus squeezed in a skimpy workout ahead of the VMAs last night. The 27-year-old singer who rocked up to the annual music event in a stunning and sheer Mugler gown updated her Instagram stories prior to the headline-making soirée – Miley snagged herself two awards this year, although her August-released "Midnight Sky" track left her at nominee only.
Miley, a known fitness enthusiast and Chanel lover, mixed both into her story. The "Slide Away" singer also included a medicine ball. Check it out below.

Miley, who has this month made headlines for splitting from 23-year-old Aussie boyfriend Cody Simpson and mourning the loss of her grandmother, appeared in top form on the red carpet at the VMAS – held across New York, the awards ceremony was largely a win for "Chromatica" singer Lady Gaga, but Miley snagged herself two wins for 2019-released "Mother's Daughter": Best Editing and Best Art Direction.
